| Q: How long does it take to get a reply? |
| We aim to reply to all messages within 2 business days. During school holidays or busy periods it may take a little longer but we will always respond. Please check your spam folder if you have not heard back within 3 days. |
| Q: I can’t download my purchased product — what do I do? |
| Please email us at hello@smartstaffroom.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We will resend your download link within 24 hours. Please also check your spam or junk folder as download emails sometimes end up there. |
| Q: Can I request a review of a specific AI tool? |
| Absolutely — we love hearing which tools teachers want reviewed. Send us the tool name and why you think it would be useful for teachers and we will add it to our review list. Popular requests always move to the top of the queue. |
| Q: Do you accept guest posts? |
| We selectively accept guest posts from educators and EdTech professionals. Content must be original, practical, and genuinely useful for teachers. Get in touch with your idea and a brief outline before writing anything. |
| Q: Can I republish or share your content? |
| You are welcome to share links to our articles on social media or in newsletters. However, reproducing full articles without written permission is not permitted. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss content licensing. |
| Q: How do I apply for a refund on a digital product? |
| Please review our Refund Policy page first as it explains exactly what is and is not eligible. If you qualify, email us at hello@smartstaffroom.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. |
